Access Solutions

Access Solutions provides home modification services to promote safety and independent living for seniors and the physically challenged to enable them to continue to live in their own homes. We combine our dynamic knowledge of interior design and physical and occupational therapy to create solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients.

Trained in occupational therapy and interior design, our staff consists of a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) and an Accessibility Specialist to assist you in meeting your needs.

Services we provide:

Home Access Assessment
We will assess your ability to complete daily tasks safely and independently in your home environment. We focus on short term and long term abilities.

Modification Recommendations
and Design Solutions
Provide recommendations and solutions to create a safe environment for you to live in. This includes design consultation and development, space planning, drawings and construction documents and finish selections.

Modification Assessment Report
Generate a report discussing recommendations and solutions explored to provide modifications needed for access.

Product Research and Selection
Recommend and/or specify products to enhance safety and independence. Assist in ordering, inspecting and coordinating installation of products.

Funding Resource Assistance
Provide information on funding sources available for providing home modifications.

Bid Prep and Gathering
Prepare Bid Proposal and cost estimates packet to submit to contractors and vendors.

Installation and Construction Coordination
Oversee and coordinate installation and construction of project. Assist in creating checklist and ensuring quality of work completed.

User/Caregiver Education
Educate user/caregiver on design features, installed products, safety and maintenance of modifications.
